30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Include all original tags and be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Address: Once your return is approved, please send your package to:

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@quenchj.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Return the item you have.

  2. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you want.

This is the fastest way to ensure you receive the item you desire.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without providing a justification. The same conditions for return apply:

  • Item must be in the original condition

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags and in original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@quenchj.com.
